Oskar Schindler’s Factory becomes a museum

Cracow has to offer a new tourist attraction. Permanent exhibition entitled « Kraków under Nazi occupation 1939-1945 » is arranged in the administrative part of the former Oskar Schindler’s Factory. It chronicles not only the history of Cracow and its Jewish and Polish inhabitants during World War II but also German invasion on 6 September 1939 which brutally interrupted the centuries-old common history of Jews and Poles. Oskar Schindler’s Factory is a department of the Historical Museum of Cracow.
